Package Your Items
Place the original, unworn items with all tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
